Unlimited pages to promote your services
You can add any number of pages to your Customer Focus website, for pretty much any purpose. Pages are great for testimonials, showing previous work, explaining the order process, and why promotional products are such awesome marketing tools.
For the technophiles among you, every page has customizable attributes, including the title, URL, meta description, meta keywords and more.
Easy to add - and edit - modules
Content on Customer Focus websites is organized into modules, which can be dragged 'n' dropped into any location. Simply add content to a module and it'll be available for you to place on any page of your website.
The most flexible is the Text / HTML module, which can be used for text, graphics, movies, and embedding content from other websites such as Twitter or Constant Contact.
The value of landing pages on your website
Let's say that you wanted to promote your services to golf clubs. You could send them an email with a link to the 'golf' category on your website, but wouldn't necessarily get much back in terms of leads.
Now if you sent them a link to a page on your website with a couple dozen carefully selected golf products, plus introductory text and (most important) a form to get in touch with you - that's going to generate leads. Watch our video about landing pages.
There's lots you can do with a data capture form
When you want to make it easy for your customers to ask a question about a product, or join your mailing list, or register for your event, data capture forms are your best friend. Customer Focus' forms are very easy to create; you can feature text fields, drop down menus, check boxes and more.
You can add 'Captcha' to prevent spam, and then either redirect the customer to a previously hidden web page of special offers, or just say thanks for completing the form.
Customizing product detail view to capture more leads
When someone views a product, you can choose what information to show - for example, you can hide or show pricing, lead time and dimensions. You can also decide how the information is displayed using drag 'n' drop.
What's also very cool is that you can also add modules to product detail pages, so you can have a 'have a question' form, a 'why buy from us' paragraph, and/or a selection of best sellers they might also be interested in.
Social media and blog integration
Social media and blogging are a proven means of engaging your customer base, improving your search engine optimization, and establishing trust with potential clients. Adding a 'like us on Facebook' module to your website takes just one click, and you can display your Twitter posts.
Customer Focus has its own blog functionality built it, or you can link to your WordPress, Tumblr or Blogger posts by simply using the RSS Reader module. We'll show you how as part of your free onboarding training.
