Customer Focus Welcomes VP of Sales and Marketing and VP of Customer Success and Operations
Costa Mesa, CA: Website and software provider, Customer Focus, Inc. welcomes two new employees to their California office; a new VP of Sales and Marketing and a VP of Customer Success and Operations.
Philip Shehadeh, newly appointed VP of Sales and Marketing, joins the Customer Focus team at an important time. His appointment coincides with the growth of Customer Focus' e-commerce solution and order management technology for smaller distributors, as well as the introduction of Customer Focus Enterprise, designed for larger distributors and suppliers. Previously, Philip served as the VP of Sales and Marketing for an e-commerce solution provider catering to the promotional product industry, WebJaguar, where he substantially contributed to their growth and overall market strategy.
At Customer Focus, Philip will coordinate sales and marketing initiatives, drive demand for products and services, and identify new vertical market opportunities as well as strategic partners. “I welcome the opportunity to be part of an innovative organization with deep roots and brand recognition,” said Shehadeh. “At a time when Customer Focus is positioned for substantial growth, I look forward to contributing significantly to their continued success.”
Dennis Fox is Customer Focus' new VP of Customer Success and Operations, a unique but crucial role for the software company. Dennis’ role is to ensure that customer satisfaction reaches an all-time high in 2015, while managing the customer service and data teams. Dennis has been in the SAAS industry for the past 15 years, previously as Director, Web Services (GM of Smarsh Sites) with Smarsh, and then with LiveOffice/AdvisorSquare (Acquired by Symantec) where he was responsible for defining and executing the Web Services strategy. “I am very excited to be a part of the team at Customer Focus, and I look forward to ensuring the success of our clients and their experience”, said Fox.
